Still shows temp display and if you turn the middle knob clockwise then the lioghts for the scale to show the blower speed light up. Can also hear the a/c compressor kicking in and out.

The solder was broken all the way around the contact. Continuity test and sure enough, had continuity to the two fuses and the power supply to the large terminal. I cleaned up the terminals and re-soldered the broken lead and both blower motors work great. Took about 30 minutes to pull out the fuse box, all the fuses, and solder it together.
